Wireless

Every year the campus grows in the number of wireless access points. As we continue to grow it remains very important that students do not bring their own wireless routers.

Campus offers wireless all across campus. All of the points can be seen on a map found at http://www.acs.uwosh.edu/account-access-resources/map-of-woosh.pdf.

To log in to any of the campus wireless points connect to the point and open up an internet browser. It will ask for a user name and password, which is your UW Oshkosh e-mail username and password.

Note: Because the University provides wireless access points at various points throughout campus; it is absolutely not permitted to set up personal wireless access points within the residence halls due to possible conflicts and security issues.
